Join our Coach Corps, "The Toughest Job You'll Ever Love"
 As a volunteer organization, VLL relies heavily upon the parents of our players to serve in coaching roles. Although we have a tremendous stable of experienced coaches, we constantly need to resupply our coaching ranks from Tee Ball through 3A. Enthusiasm and energy are 99% of the requirements for being a great manager for our youngest players, and the league has lots of coaching resources and training opportunities to help guide you. At the non-draft levels, coaches can assemble a roster of friends, classmates, or neighbors for a fun season of baseball. Managers also also able to influence team practice schedules.
