Annual Meeting & Board Election on 9/20

The election of the 2023-24 Vienna Little League Board of Directors will be held at the League's Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, September 20, at 7 p.m. in the Community Hall at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department (400 Center Street South, Vienna, VA 22180).

The candidates for the Board are:

Participation at the Annual Meeting (voting or making motions) is limited to recognized Regular Members of VLL, which requires the completion of at least 40 hours of volunteer service to VLL within the prior year.

To be recognized as a Regular Member, an email should be sent to VLL Secretary Shannon Aimone ([email protected]) before 3 p.m. on September 20, with the request, contact information, and a description of the requisite volunteer services, as attested to by another Member.

In person attendance is strongly encouraged, but Regular Members who cannot attend the Annual Meeting may vote by absentee ballot. An absentee ballot must be requested by no later than 5 p.m. on September 20 and the ballot must be submitted electronically prior to the close of voting at the Annual Meeting. To request an absentee ballot, please contact VLL Secretary Shannon Aimone ([email protected]).
