VLL Parents,

We have 350 seats reserved in the Outfield Gallery for Vienna Little League (300 level, up 3^rd base, across from scoreboard – great view) for Sunday, June 9^th.  Nationals vs the Twins @ 1:30 pm.

You may order tickets for your team (family members, too!).  Each ticket sells for $20, but you will be getting them for the discounted price of $15 per ticket!  To order your tickets for your team, please use the link below which contains a spreadsheet loaded as a google doc on the web.

Fill in EACH column.  Team name (such as Tball Orioles,  Rookie Cardinals, Single A Athletics, AA Twins, AAA Red Sox, Majors White Sox, etc.), Manager name, Team contact name, email & phone #.  Enter in the # of tickets desired for your team.  It will give you a total due in the last column.

Tickets will be available to the first 350 that order by Wednesday May 29^th.  Tickets will be available for PICK UP ON SATURDAY, JUNE 1 FROM 9-12 @ YEONAS PARK.  You must send a rep with payment for the tickets during this time frame. 

I know that this is a short turn-around time, so please talk to your team and see who’s in for the 9^th.  It’s a great opportunity to have fun with your team and see some great Nats baseball (for a discount, too!).  We understand that this is the same day as the 12 year old banquet, but the Little League date is determined by the Nationals.

If you ordered team pictures, please check with your team's manager or team representative for distribution information.   League Directors sent out notification to your team manager of the pictures arrival last week. 

No parking or transit will be allowed between 4:30 - 7pm, Mon - Fri from the
entrance to the back parking lot of Thoreau to any portion of the area directly
behind the school.

June 7 is the deadline for teams still selling raffle tickets to turn in their receipts to the snack bar and have those tickets included in the final drawing for the remaining two President's Club seats to the Nationals vs. Braves game on August 6th.

Envelopes with raffle ticket proceeds turned in to the snack bar should be labeled with the team name and level (e.g., Majors, AAA, AA).

The President's Club tickets are behind home plate near the visitors on-deck circle, include parking and food, and are valued between 650-750 US dollars.

The drawing for the remaining pair of Nationals game tickets will take place during one of the Majors teams' town tournament games (to be determined) .
